Welcome to Home Accountz Support

Our help pages are available from the Table of Contents on the left of your screen. These cover a number of different topics, and include a selection of support videos.

When you run the software for the first time, you will be prompted to create an Accountz Online Services account (offered free for the first year to Home Accountz users), which enables you to access such features as Accountz Online Backup and Recovery, plus the Accountz Mobile App. For help with this process, please see this link.

Support is offered free through our user forums, accessible via this link (or by selecting the menu option Help > Help Forums within the software), and also by email: support@accountz.com.

Annual Service Contracts are also available which give you access to telephone support (please note that telephone support is provided between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday except Bank and other public holidays including 25th December to 2nd January).

Home Accountz has new features added at a constant rate and it is worth checking to see if there is an update from time to time. To do this run Home Accountz and click on the menu option Help > Check for Update.
